Your fractional AI Business Partner for practical, measurable growth
I help organisations move from thinking about AI to adopting, implementing and growing with AI. Many leaders know AI matters, but are unsure where to start, which opportunities are worth pursuing, what risks to manage, and how to move from experimentation to real business impact. I help leadership teams cut through the noise, identify the right AI opportunities, assess organisational readiness, prioritise use cases, and turn AI ambition into practical action. My work combines current AI business transformation expertise with more than 25 years of international commercial and operational leadership experience in organisations including GE, Siemens and VAT Group.
AI is not just a technology decision. It is a business transformation decision.

AI Expertise Grounded in Real Business Experience
I am an AI Business Partner based in Switzerland. Most of my clients are ambitious, but not quite ready to invest in a full AI Leader and team. I fill this gap and combine current AI business education with decades of international commercial and transformation experience. I have worked with multinational and high-growth organisations across industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, IoT and B2B markets. My background includes leadership roles with companies such as GE, Siemens and VAT Group, as well as consulting work with organisations looking to grow, transform and improve performance.
This gives me a practical perspective on AI adoption. I understand that AI has to work inside real organisations, with real people, real systems, real customers, real risks and real commercial pressures.
I help leadership teams answer questions such as:
-
Where can AI create measurable value?
-
Which AI opportunities should we prioritise?
-
Are our data, processes and people ready?
-
Should we build, buy or adapt an AI solution?
-
How do we avoid random pilots and focus on business outcomes?
-
How do we move from AI experimentation to adoption and scale?
My approach is structured, pragmatic and outcome-focused.

Testimonials
“We have been very pleased with the outcome of Roberts work. We presented him with a number of complex problems and a new partnership opportunity, and he was able to present a simple set of five option for discussion within the executive team. We hope to continue to engage Robert as we look to roll out our chosen strategy for growing sales revenue across EMEA”

For Leaders Who Want Practical AI
I work with SMEs, industrial companies, B2B organisations and leadership teams that want to use AI but need a structured way to move forward.
You may be at the right point to talk if:
-
Your leadership team knows AI matters but is unsure where to start
-
You have many AI ideas but no clear priorities
-
Teams are experimenting with AI tools without a shared direction
-
You want to identify quick wins without ignoring long-term transformation
-
You need to understand whether your data and processes are ready
-
You want practical implementation rather than theoretical AI strategy
-
You need an experienced external specialist to guide the first phase
